ExitPromise.com was founded by Holly Magister. For more than 25 years Holly worked with a variety of business owners serving them as their CPA and Financial Planner. She consistently found that women in business struggle to gain access to the necessary business resources to assist them with their pursuit of business success. They feel isolated from both females in traditional, non-business roles as well as from men working in their business world. They describe themselves as someone who feels invisible. And they find it nearly impossible to find the time to reach out to learn and grow through traditional means.
Holly and her husband Mike had the opportunity to build, acquire and sell several businesses of their own, as well. Much was learned from those experiences and Holly found herself sharing those stories with many of her clients. You can find some of these lessons learned on the website in War Stories.
Holly also observed that women in business make promises to themselves, their families, employees and many others along the way as they are building their business. They often struggle with those promises and spend much time, energy and effort to keep such promises. This insight helped Holly recognize the need for women in business to have a place to gather, learn, laugh, share and grow with one another.
For the past several years, while continuing her work with entrepreneurs planning for their own Enterprise Transition, she built ExitPromise.com. It is here, where she and many other experts hope to listen, learn, and teach women in business how they can keep their promises while they Build and Sell a Top-Dollar Woman Enterprise℠.
